As we approach the conclusion of our 15^th year in business I am extremely excited to discuss some new inititives, company rebranding, and our outlook for the future.

During our years of providing  professional services  in our Charge Master Review and Lost Charge Recovery engagements, we developed the Omega ChargeMASTER system. This system came to life  as a result of our desire to simplify the Charge Master Review process for our staff.  As that application expanded, we began offering it to our clients.  Since then,  other applications and technology have been born and commercialized including the OClExaminer--software that ensures complete and compliant charge capture.   Both of these software solutions are web-based and hosted by Omega.  

We have always utilized leading-edge technologies to provide our services at the most efficient and cost effective manner.  

To that end, and with our philosophy to innovate and grow, we announced last year the new name of our company as Omega Technology Solutions.   This name change signified a focus to expand our marketing and sales efforts  in our  already commercialized web-based technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare industries.    

In addition, through our team of top technical application designers and developers we have a near and medium term pipeline of soon to be commercialized applications. These solutions will  compliment our existing web-based software and professional services engagements to the healthcare market. 

Of course, we will continue to provide and expand our efforts in  the area of  Revenue Recovery engagements, as this is an unparalleled service to our industry.  These services will be provided through our Omega Consulting Group Division. This will also allow us to create additional healthcare solutions during the process of these services engagements.  

Our company  has recruited  industry executives  to lead these initiatives. These individuals have the experience and acumen to execute on this diversified and complimentary strategy for the "new" Omega Technology Solutions to continue to be the leader in providing healthcare solutions.
